The Regent Street Christmas Lights at night in London are pure Christmas magic! ✨🇬🇧 “The Spirit of Christmas”

An affordable way to see the Christmas lights in London is to hop on a red bus and enjoy sightseeing from a double decker bus. Hopping on the red bus only costs £1.75 and is a great way to see the Christmas lights rather than paying for a Christmas light bus tour. Make sure to check out the bus routes to make sure you hop on the right bus!

Bus no. 12 is a great one to look for but there are others buses that head down Regent Street as well.

Sugared Cranberry Pom Margaritas served in a Christmas Ornament Cocktail❤️🎄

These festive margaritas are the perfect Christmas cocktail to serve at your next Holiday party! 🥂

Christmas margarita recipe:

First, you’ll need to make the sugared cranberries. This step is optional but highly recommended! In a sauce pan, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Once dissolved, remove from heat and add in cranberries. Let cranberries soak for 10 minutes. Drain simple syrup but make sure to reserve for margaritas. Let the cranberries dry and roll in sugar.

In a clear glass ornament, add the below ingredients (my ornament was about 4oz). Measure your ornaments so you know if you need to add a little more.

2oz cranberry pomegranate juice
1.5oz tequila
.5oz grand marnier
Splash of sugared cranberry simple syrup
Fresh Lime juice
(I used a measuring cup and carefully poured into my clear glass ornaments)

Fill cups with ice, garnish with sugared cranberries and a rosemary stem. Top your cocktail glass with the margarita ornament and let your guests have some fun with adding the drink to their glass!

Let the holiday baking begin! These homemade sugar cookie truffles are so good! 🍪 I make these every year and for every season!

These truffles are perfect to serve at your next Christmas party or to give as a homemade gift.

To Make:
1. Using a food processor or your hands, pulse a box of non-frosted baked sugar cookies. I used the pillsbury ready to bake elf sugar cookies. I loved that they turned the dough green! (Can also turn to crumbs with your hands in a zip lock bag)
2. After the cookies are pulsed, add 2oz or cream cheese and blend again until the mix is dough like.
3. Roll truffle cookie dough into round balls and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
4. Melt white chocolate (I used red melting chips) and dip your frozen truffles into the melted chocolate. Top with sprinkles🎄🎁
